Does a tuned TCU remove limp mode? NO! Stop the spread of misinformation!

There has been some reports of some bad actors spreading misinformation about our TCU tunes and other TCU tuners that we all remove LIMP MODE from firmware. This is NOT true and there is no reason to remove any safety programmed into firmware. Over on the Chrysler side of things, some guys remove OBD DTC codes that cause limp mode for engine/trans swaps but does not disable limp mode for other issues transmission experiences.
