M113k Damos most all tuning areas that are main areas have been translated from German into English. There is many areas that are still German and can be translated by customer if needed.

When opening Winols VMware file in VMware you need to say you “MOVED” the file when prompted.
“When done with VMware/Winols SUSPEND the operating system instead of Powering down. Keeps everything saved where you left off.”
“Not included” is a Galletto 1260 ECU Chip Tuning Interface, can be purchased off amazon for under $30.00 and is required to flash tuned bin files.

You will need to setup a shared folder in VMWARE so you can open and edit and save tune files to main desktop. Follow video below.

DAMOS/A2L

In the world of professional ECU tuning and calibration, three key data resources stand at the core of precision work: DAMOS files, A2L files, and function sheets. These file types translate raw ECU binary data into human-readable structures, allowing engineers to locate, interpret, and safely modify calibration maps

Originally developed by Bosch
Contain detailed descriptions of ECU maps and parameters
Include addresses, scaling factors, data types, conversion formulas
Closely tied to Bosch calibration environments (such as INCA)
Often referred to as the “super map pack” for a given ECU

👉 Think of a DAMOS file as the “dictionary” that helps you understand the raw binary of a Bosch ECU. It is less standardized but extremely powerful for certain platforms.

Present ECU data in a spreadsheet-like form
Include parameter names, memory addresses, axis descriptions, scaling factors, min/max values
